Point of Grace Academy, Kenya, which we have been supporting by student adoption, suffered a fire in the boys dormitory. No one was injured but all the bedding, clothing, and possessions were lost.

From the Point of Grace Facebook page: A fire broke out on Saturday evening April 27, 2023 on the second floor in the boys dorm area. No one was injured thankfully and fortunately students plus adults quickly formed a bucket brigade to keep the fire contained. This is the area above the chapel / dining hall area. School was on a break so only 11 of the 82 boys were on site at the time of the fire. Funds are being collected at https://4kenyaskids.org/ to replace clothing, bedding, mattresses, and lockers plus building repairs. Pastor Meeker has indicated that money is important but your prayers are essential.
